    Double check that the OAuth2 Grant was created on the same Workspace that you're trying to create the Spreadsheet on. Also make sure that you've added the "Spreadsheet (Write)" scope to the Grant.

    Yes, I double check that, i add all the scope to the grant i created, i don't understand why it dosen't work.

    Do you have any other idea ?

    Have you verified that the Grant was created on the same Workspace that you're trying to create the new Spreadsheet on? Grants do not work across different Workspaces.

    Verify that the username associated to the Grant has Editor role or higher permissions within the Workspace. If it does not have the ability to edit, you will not be able to create, edit, modify with it.

    Are you use the US or EU app spot? If you are using the EU app spot, you will need to apply the "Override" values within the Workiva Connector. See Step 4 here https://support.workiva.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045097312-Workiva-Connector#section2

    Verify that you have copied the correct Client ID and Client Secret into the Workiva Connector ID and Secret fields. It is easy to miss a character or add a whitespace.
