How do you amend a form in Section 16?

Randy-Go to the Forms menu and find the form you previously filed that you want to amend. Select the "More" drop down menu from the Actions column. There is an "Amend" function there. It will automatically create and form 4/A or other form you need to amend. 0
Right on the money, Joanne! You can similarly amend from within the previously filed form, under the Actions drop down as well. The window would like this:
In either case a 3/A, 4/A or 5/A would be created. Thanks for the question. Hope this helps answer. Cheers!
