How to do we "freeze" process for previous year FY23 Report, Factbook, and Data Collection Sheet so that the stakeholders cannot make any changes to the data?

Hi Prafulla! There are a couple features that file Owners can take advantage of to restrict editing:
- Input Mode, which enables you to limit data entry and edits to only specific cells within a Spreadsheet, regardless of other Permissions. You can learn more about this feature in Support Center.
- Lock Editing, which enables you to prevent collaborators from making changes to entire files or specific sections. Likewise, you can find more details in Support Center.
