SOX Control Testing - Notification when new Reviewers are assigned

Hello there!

I thought it would be helpful if when controls are reassigned to a new reviewer, there is a notification that goes out to inform the new reviewer. We have to reallocate resources on our team sometimes and while the new reviewer should have been notified and have that awareness, there could be cases where they are out of office or not in the same meeting where the determination was made, and therefore, the risk that the info is not passed onto them timely which could cause delays in meeting our audit testing deadline. It would also provide a level of consistency with respect to how email notifications are sent out when the tester has submitted controls for review. To add, the former reviewer should also get an email letting them know they are no longer required to review the previously assigned controls, similar to how the tester gets an email notifying them that they are no longer required to complete the test form once the reviewer has approved.
