Jump to Specific Page in Documents
RespondidaI want a way to jump to a specific page in a document within Workiva.
For example, if I'm trying to follow along with someone in a PDF, I want to be able to click somewhere to type in the page number, and then have the document take me there. There's a way to do this in spreadsheets by typing in a cell reference, but I'm not seeing a way to navigate in Documents.

Hi James!
Thanks for the question. I think perhaps the best workaround for what you are looking for in Documents is using Bookmarks. They let you mark specific locations in a document and quickly navigate to them. Here's how to get started with them.- - Create a bookmark: Select content → Right-click → Create Bookmark
- - Navigate: Click the bookmark from the Document Bookmarks panel on the left side of the page
- - Bookmarks can be renamed and filtered by name, section, or "my bookmarks"
- - You can also hyperlink to bookmarks from other parts of the document
This is the closest equivalent to "jumping to a page" based on a page number — if bookmarks are set up at key pages, reviewers can navigate to them by name. That said, we have a feature request for that type of interaction (i.e. navigate to page number) and I'm happy to add you as a requestor there too. We'll keep you updated on its progress but do give us a holler if you have any follow-ups. Thanks!0My goal here is not to set specific bookmarks, but to be able to pull up a page in the live document that corresponds to something I'm seeing in the PDF. Especially for larger documents, trying to find a specific paragraph can take time if the sections are large.
