Financial Reporting Shift in 12 Months
12 months ago in our company, we produced all of our internal reporting and a large portion of our external reporting through Excel spreadsheets. Then our leadership transitioned us to Workiva and our team began the learning process of everything you could do in Workiva. Connecting data directly into our ERP. Using those connections to create everything from our Income Statement to our 10-K. Today, our company has transitioned to using Workiva for all of our Financial Reporting, both internal and external. We also support our SG&A Cost Centers through Workiva dashboards broken out by department and we are constantly looking to Workiva to see what's new and exciting to help improve our reporting!
