search and replace links in document
RespondidaI had an xls spreadsheet (filename 2023ABC.xls) that was the source for 2023. I now have the exact same spreadsheet, same cells,but for 2024 (filename: 2024ABC.xls). All the cell links are the same the only change is the document title.
Does anyone know if/how I can do a replace and save on source links to change the filename? Or do I have to put 2024 data into the 2023 document to preserve the links?

In this case, there are a couple of options that you can do. First, you could do a project copy “roll forward” of the 2023 file, rename it as the 2024 file, and then import the CSV of data overtop of the new document. This should replace the values within the sheet while retaining the cell locations and relationships. In this path, the project copy would also create copies of any of the files linked to their 2023 document, which would replicate that entire set of documents for 2024.
Second, you could “copy to archive” the 2023 documents, creating a copy of those 2023 documents which get archived and then the 2023 documents get renamed as 2024 documents. At this point, the CSV import over top of the current data could be done!
