    Hello Sander,

    There are a few different things that could be causing an error when trying to import your file.

    If the document is a .doc you will need to convert to a .docx for it to import into Wdesk. If the document is password protected this will also cause an error upon import. 

    Additionally, it is worth noting that by default, importing Workiva Files is only available for Workspace Owners and Content Managers.

    Hi,

    It is a docx without a password. I am also Workspace Owner but it is still not working.

    I get this error "There was an issue importing your file. Please wait a minute and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support."
