When exporting with the accessibility tag, inline pie charts always cause PDF syntax errors (ISO 32000)
It doesn’t matter whether alternative text is entered or whether the chart is marked as decorative. 
What’s also strange is that—even though “convert SVG to PNG” is enabled in the PDF output—some text from the diagram is included in the “figure” tag (or perhaps this option doesn’t matter at all for charts generated in Workiva).
