    Hi Julie Hilsher

The "Process Date" field has been removed, and when you copy an old process, the action due dates from that process do carry forward. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to hide or exclude due dates when copying a process — this is not a configurable option.

However, you can update those stale due dates in bulk before starting the process.

How to Bulk Edit Due Dates (before the process is started):
    1. Open the copied process in the Process tab
    2. Select all the actions you want to update (check the boxes)
    3. Click the Edit actions dropdown
    4. Select Due date or Approval due
    5. Set your new due dates and click Save

Pro tip: If you use Business Days configured in the process Calendar settings, updating the business day calendar after copying will automatically recalculate all action due dates — making the roll-forward much faster. See: Configure business days in a process
