"Act as a CFO and FP&A advisor. Analyze the information I provide, identify the 3-5 most important trends, risks, and opportunities, explain the business impact in plain English, and recommend specific actions ranked by expected impact and ease of implementation. Challenge my assumptions and point out any blind spots."

I use variations of this for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and even decision-making outside of work. The best AI outputs often come from asking it to think critically rather than just summarize.
