  Hello and welcome to the Community, Elize!

  Outside of the panel being minimized, I would not expect the right-hand pane to disappear. Are you still experiencing this?

  Closed all Chrome tabs.  Cleared cache.  Signed in again. Right toolbar reappeared.  Glad it worked.

  General tip for Chrome:  clear cache!

  Ctrl + Shift + Delete is a real miracle worker sometimes 😎
