Important Update: SEC to Suspend Filings for Fee Exhibit Errors Starting March 16

The SEC has announced a significant change to how EDGAR handles filing fee disclosures. Effective March 16, 2026, EDGAR will begin suspending filings that contain incorrect or incomplete structured data filing fee exhibits.
Previously, filers might have received a warning for these errors; however, the SEC is transitioning to a stricter enforcement model. To ensure your filings are accepted without delay, we recommend reviewing the resources provided below.
