How can I hide the footer on the first three pages of my proxy document, including hiding it at the bottom of the Table of Contents?  Thanks.

    Are you looking to hide these pages within the document or do you want them to be hidden when you go to print?

    I similarly would like my cover page to not show a page number (within the document). What's the best way to do this?

    Would you not have the cover page as its own section?  You should be able to have no footer in the cover page section and then start your footer from the first page of the contents.
