Managing internal "PBC" list
It's not Wdesk related, or maybe it could be?
We have a monthly internal PBC listing that has thousands of rows. It's similar to a PBC, except it's used internally only. It's really beneficial for SEC related, especially if we need wps from department X, it has the due date the responsible folks. It also contains all deliverables from department Y to department A. In short, it's a massive listing that is used internally for the accounting close, reporting, tax, etc. The downside, it has thousands of lines, could get outdated with incorrect due date and personnel in charge. It's also very tedious to review (similar to PBC, it has incorrect things).
I'm curious if others have a similar process and what do they use? We're using SharePoint listing, which is not the best, but that's what we have. Wish there's a way to do notification on when things are due so I don't keep sending reminders to my source departments. It's time consuming administrative work, but has to be done by the right people. Anyway, seeking if others had any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!

We tried to utilize wDesk or Workiva product, but it wasn't quite panning out. We started using Smartsheet tool for this - it sends notifications and updates when support is uploaded. It also serves as a central repository for the PBC items.
