This year, the Christmas and New Year's holidays fall on the weekend, and as result the federally observed dates are the following Monday. And a reminder that effective last year, Christmas Eve is also an observed federal holiday. The SEC and EDGAR will not be accessible on the following days over the holiday season:

• Friday, Dec. 24, 2021
• Friday, Dec. 31, 2021

Monday, Dec. 27 thru Thursday, Dec. 30 are business days and will be open for submission, as well as again on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.
