How to update the drop down menu options on a form field
AnsweredIs there a self-service method by which I can update the drop down menu options for an existing field in my Audit form? For example, our Audit form has a 'Status' field with drop down options of Open/Closed and our Issue form has a 'Category' field with drop down options of Process/Design/Talent etc. I would like to change the drop down menu options for such fields. I am aware that I can contact Support to help me with this, but I would like to confirm whether I can do this myself without raising a ticket with Support? I have already checked the Data tab in my workspace and 'Audit Status' and 'Issue Category' are not visible data types which I can edit - they are not listed there at all. Should they be?

I asked our experts on this one to confirm, and they mentioned that some data types in the Database (like the ones mentioned) are inherently read-only for data consistency reasons. That being said, we are able update that data type to be editable for you. To get this squared away, we'd suggest either reaching out to your CSM or Customer Support with this request and they'll be able to start the process of unlocking this for you.
