I've noticed that the filters on reports in the SOX workspace are static. When you search for criteria in the filter box, you can then hit Select All to include all the filtered items. BUT if you leave that filter in place, and a new item is added to the data set the next day, the filter doesn't pick up the new item if it meets criteria. The only way to accurately display all the matching items is to re-do the filter every time.
Is there a way to make the filters dynamic, so it will always run and auto-select the matching items?
