Filter applied when there is no filter selected

I have a spreadsheet open that has no filters applied, the row count is 2728 rows. Only 702 rows are showing and it says there is 702 rows that match filter. I do not have any filters applied so I do not understand why I cannot see all  2728 items?

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community! *insert mini welcome party here*

    This can happen when rows are hidden... you can resolve it by selecting the entire spreadsheet, doing a right-click, and unhide rows.
