    Hi Emily,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for reaching out! For this, you can highlight the entire table and then copy and paste it to the new location. The links should stay in tact through the copy and paste process. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!

Thanks but when we tried that it makes the links child to the original.  I want to MOVE the original to a new location not copy the table and keep the items as source so that I don't have to relink when done.

    Hey Emily,

I spoke with one of our Document experts and he shared that you should be able to right click "Cut" or use the CTRL X shortcut and then paste the table wherever you'd like. This should move the source links themselves. Copying and pasting will create new destination links. If cut and paste is not working correctly, please let us know so we can address it.

    Thanks!
