Hi, 
can you create a shape inside a text box? It seems greyed out:

    Hi Janne Geelen, 

    Currently, it is not possible to create a shape directly inside a text box in Workiva. This limitation is why the option appears greyed out. As a workaround, you can create the shape outside the text box and position it over or near the text box as needed!
