    Please try using the '.xdo" extension of your report to get the data.

    Ok I tried that. Still getting the same error:

    could you please remove /shared Folders and start the path from /Custom. It should help.

    It could be the permission issue for the report. Does the integration user that you are using to call the report has access to the report. You might want to check that and ensure that the integration user has permissions to run the report.

    Hi Stephenie Kern, along with Anoop's suggestion, check the OTBI Connector configuration. Verify it has the correct OTBI instance Base URL, and username and password. Also verify that your GroundRunner can communicate with the OTBI instance.
