Insider Trading Policy in Proxy - XBRL Tag

We have to amend our proxy statement because the Insider Trading Policy was not tagged.  Based on what I heard, there's been a lot of companies impacted.  Does anyone have any article on this?  More importantly, is there a systematic check that this gets flagged as needed to be tagged?  Thanks!

    Thanks for your question. To answer, yes, we do have a this article regarding Insider Trading requirements. At this time there is no check to flag for this tagging (as noted here). We encourage customer to follow key Community topics, such as EDGAR Next, Workiva Updates, and Regulatory Updates, because there will be posts there regarding these types of requirements. Lastly, XBRL services from Workiva also helps ensure all requirements for XBRL are met. Let me know what questions you have here.
