Advice on how to create a process (open to ideas)

I know there is an option where a certificate gets routed for approval. This is great for a 1:1 relationship.

However, is there any option to where the same certificate gets sent to three people, then it gets routed to their manager? so a 3:1 relationship?

    Luis, in the certification process, there is ability to add signer step as many times (where it flows one after the other) and then the option to add an approval step.
