Management Representation Letters - Signoff in Wdesk

Hello! I was curious if anyone uses Wdesk Document and/or Certification letter within processes for signers of the management representation letters for their external audits. We are currently using Documents for preparation and review but are pulling it out to upload into DocuSign for signatures. I was curious if anyone used Certifications with a link to the document or something for the signers to review and than signoff.

 

I was hoping we could leverage the signature portion in the Certification instead of having to send through DocuSign or revert to getting wet signatures.

 

Any ideas/experiences you have had with this would be greatly appreciated. Also sharing who your auditor is would be incredibly helpful, our auditors are Ernst & Young.

    Hi Murphy - We are currently exploring similar functionality and saw your comment here from a year ago. Can you provide an update on how you're leveraging the platform for this use case? We are in the process of implementing Workiva GRC, which we will be using alongside WDesk. Thanks in advance for any insights you can provide!
