We need to develop a Solution to Input & Store Notes against Accounts, where we've a common input template (spreadsheet) for all Markets.

We've created a spreadsheet as a Common Input Template to input notes for different markets and defined the list of Markets in a cell as a dropdown. Also we've created a WData connection to connect the spreadsheet to Database. However the connection stores the Notes for a singular Market, being a common input template for all markets.

Any suggestion are appreciated for achieving the solution in a better way .
