    Hi Denise, and welcome to the Community!

    That's a good question. I tested a bit to see if I could replicate this and how best to achieve that. It's a tough one since some of the stacks have a small value and are scrunched. The best way to bring them out is to either a) change your range of your axis (0 to 205 instead of 210, for example) or b) change the height of your chart to stretch the columns out. Will the value(s) in 1Q21 always stay at zero? That may help change the range and allow a min value above 0 for example.

    Our Product Team is working on some chart label improvements, allow them to move a bit more. Currently you can't move them left or right in column (or bar). I've happy to share your experience here with them for their consideration.

    If this is presentations, sometimes I just resort to creating my own labels in text boxes when it doesn't work how I want it. You can link the text still so you know the numbers are correct, but then you can put it where it is more visible.
