History Icon in Issues
In documents, there is a nice icon that provides a HISTORY of when the document was updated. Why is this also not done for issues? This would be extremely helpful to see when the last time an issue was updated or looked at. Giving us the same icon would be very beneficial in issues.

I double checked with the team on this one and you are correct, data record views and Issue/Action Plan forms doe not have full parity yet with regards to History. There is some work proposed for this internally, and I've to you connected there. As that progresses, we'll be sure to keep this post updated. 1Hi Mike, is there any update to this? I see the history/audit trail is enabled for different data types but not for Issues/Actions. What is the reason for that? It's a bit counterintuitive why we wouldn't have that audit trail enabled as standard.

That being said, we'll gladly continue to take in additional feedback and requests here to help it gain more traction. I have shared your comments with our database product team, and have marked the priority higher on our end. I'll let you know if there is any new movement there!
