Flagging a sentence

Question, does anyone know how to flag (for lack of a better word) a sentence in a document? For instance, one of our sections is several paragraphs long and every number that could be linked has been linked. However, there is a short sentence that we would like to flag to indicate that it requires our attention because it can't be linked and it must be manually reviewed. So, what we would love is add that sentence to our to do list or task list or something so that we know to look for that when the time comes every quarter.

    You could make the entire sentence a source link. I'll do that for numbers that are not linked or tagged, but I want to make sure that they are updated each quarter and that helps me remember to review it.
