Send for Reviews - How to share changes made to a review
AnsweredAfter a document is sent for review, is there a way to share changes with the reviewer in response to their initial review comments? Do I need to send them another review task?

Hi Kari!
You are correct, in order to give the reviewer the updated version of the file, you'd need to send another review. Holler if you have any additional questions and happy Friday!
0What does "Update Review" mean in an existing Review?
0Hi Dawn Pyne,
Apologies for the delayed response! Once a review is sent, it can be edited to make changes to the review details and recipients (the other options that were selected when the review was initially sent are not editable). See below for a screenshot of these settings and please let us know if you have additional questions!
0Hi, this question was answered few years ago, but I would like to know if there has been any update since then. Is there a possibility to let the reviewer know how their comments were incorporated in the document without them looking at the live version.
0Hi Christina Joseph!
If a new reviewer is added at this step mentioned above, they can be notified they were added. Similarly, if they did comment in the review and those were included in the live file, they would receive notifications on their threads if someone replied to them, or they were @mentioned. However, I am not aware of a feature or function to move comments to the live file if they were not included initially. Is that what you are looking to do in this case, or. have I missed the mark there?
0Hi Mike,
I will try to explain a bit more :-).
We have a Reviewer who would like to see how their comments were implemented. Even if we resolved them, they would like to see an old & new version in the review. What I can think of is that we create a blackline of the old & new version of the document and share it with them, then they can then filter on their own comments (open, resolved) to see only their comments and how the document was updated accordingly.
0Thanks for adding that clarity, Christina. I think I am following you now. What are you describing sounds a bit like adding comment history. I will be happy to share this feedback with our comments and review team for the considerations. Your use case and info here is much appreciated for sure.
