Document style guide - capital letters

I tried to search but couldn't find a way to define all letters capital in a paragraph style or even from the toolbar. Is the only way to write the text again with caps on? That's really not the optimal way, since the same text might be linked in other documents as well..

I have searched for this and haven't found a way to do it. I agree that it would be nice to have an "All Caps" checkbox in the style guide.

Chad is right on the money here. Currently there's no way to change the text to All Caps.
Our Product Team does have this on their radar but it has yet to be prioritized for a scheduled release timeframe. I'll certainly keep this post updated with changes, but I've also connected your requests to our internal ticket to follow along.

Hi Mike,
We have a client that makes extensive use of the 'Small Caps' function in their legacy document. Like "All Caps", having the small caps option would be a useful and similar function.

Sadly there's not been much forward progress on this one, though it narrowly missed being picked up this quarter. Unless this gets lots of attention in the coming weeks, the earliest I might expect it be prioritized for work is Q1 2022.

I would like to be added to this list as well. Currently we have multiple version of client names linked for various different cases. It would be great to have an uppercase all for text like there is for dates.

We're also desperately looking for an all caps feature since this is the format of some of our headlines. Can't be that difficult, can it? I see the thread is 2 years old.

Has there been any further progress on this requested feature? I am also looking for a way to automate the conversion of text to all capital, small caps, title case, sentence case, or lower case, as needed. In particular, having all capital and title case options in the Style Guide would be highly beneficial for formatting certain headings.

Any new development on that all caps feature? We really need it. It's such a drudgery to type it all over again in another case and it also leads to typos.
We would really appreciate some development to allow case conversion in the tool bar and in the Style Guide as well.

Thanks for chiming in here. Sadly I don't have any news in regards to the advancement of this feature request. It remains on the roadmap, though as of yet its not been picked up. I don't see it on our Q4 plans as of yet, though it could possibly get added. I'll keep you apprised for sure and will share you insights back with our developers. Thanks again and have a super day!

Throwing in my DESPERATE vote for this feature, please!
If there is a notification list, I'd like to be on it.
Now that you have a fancy TOC, we really need this so that there can a different presentation of a heading on the page than how it auto-populates in your TOC.
If you need a list of relevant clients of ours that the lack of this functionality has affected, I am happy to provide it.
