"Select all" text in next gen document
AnsweredIs there a way to "select all" text in a very lengthy document in next gen (to make formatting edits, etc?)

Hi Christine -
I'm sorry to say there's no way to "select all" for the whole document, it's only section by section. I think what you're experiencing is the perfect use case for our style guide functionality, however. While you'll still have to apply the styles section by section the first time, if you ever need to make edits to the text going forward it will be as simple as updating the corresponding style and the text throughout the entire document will be automatically adjusted with a single click. Here's a video on our Help site that explains how to Use Style Guides.
Thanks for reaching out!
Cheers, Rachael
0How do you select all for a section? I was trying to find where it is in Next Gen and couldn't figure it out. Thanks
0Hello Insiyah! On Windows you can you the keyboard keys Control+A to select all. On a Macintosh it's Command+A.
