Specific Page Number
Hi,
I am working on a document containing many sections and few of these sections run for more than 2 pages. So I need to mention the last page of a section in my report.
For example auditors report consists of 2 pages (Page No. 11 and 12). If I want to insert page 11 reference, I can use Auto Text Functionality and choose the section and page 11 will pop up.
However, is there a way to insert page 12 reference considering it is a continuation of same section or can I make reference to a specific page number ?

Hi Harsh!
Thanks for the question. I do have somewhat of an answer for you here. Currently you cannot reference/link a specific page number within a section, only the section page. However, you are not alone in wanting this functionality and our Product Team is looking into it. I've shared your interest and feedback with the team and we'll keep you posted.
In the meantime, you could do a few things. If possible, you could insert the auto-text for the section following the auditors report so long as one ends and the other starts on that page. If there's a page break there or the section continues on, that wouldn't work. Other methods I've seen is actually linking the value in from another source, i.e. you have the sections and specific call outs listed in a Spreadsheet and link the value to the footer. This works so long as you keep those updated. I should add that you cannot link an auto-text value, or reference it.
Let me know what questions you have on the above, or on anything else. Thanks again for your contributions and chat with you soon!
