    Welcome to the Community, Kevin!

    Great question.  Assuming you mean the "Show Review Comments only" toggle, this will filter the comments viewable in your file to those added via the Send for Review function, i.e. not comments made in the live document by an Editor or Viewer there, but from the review itself. Not toggling it will include those plus the other comments too.
