Send Reviews to Workspace groups

In NextGen, are you able to send reviews to an established workspace group (as opposed to selecting each individual person to send a review copy to)?  I would like to send certain sections of a document to certain reviewers, and a different set to another group, etc.

    Hello all!

    Great news. A recent release to the Workiva platform has now made sending a review to a group available. 🎉 Now when you go to send your review out, you should see options for the groups that exist in your Workspace.

    Thanks for the question! This is not currently an option unfortunately, but it is something on the road map of improvements our development team would like to make. If you're not already following the Release Notes category on the Community I would encourage you to do so to receive bi-weekly email updates on product releases so you can watch for new features such as group send for review to be available in Wdesk!

    Hello - 

    Do you know where this falls on the roadmap? I realize it is a seemingly small piece of functionality, but in a large organization where I facilitate reviews of documents with a large number of people this is causing me a lot of time and pain of missing people the first time. It would be nice to know if there is a timeline. Right now my best option is to go back to using classic until this is updated.

    Hi Laura (and Kat)!

    I have great news for you. Our Product Team has made some good strides here as it relates to sending reviews to groups. Work has begun on getting this into the application and we anticipate this being made available for use sometime in August. You can certainly keep your eyes peeled on What's New for when that is released, but I'll also keep you updated here.
