If a chain using an Oracle Hyperion Financial Management connection returns an "Exception in Thread \<Directory Name>\" java.lang error (such as "Exception in thread \"<Directory name>\" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/pool/KeyedPoolableObjectFactory"), check your user directories in Oracle HFM. To prevent this error, move the Native Directory to the top of the list so it's first in the search order.
