    Hi Jayne!

    Happy to answer these questions for you.

    In Wdesk, when you remove a user from the account, their audit trail will still remain, including any histories of their activity such as document revisions, comments and Certification signings. That means that these activities will still be attributed to their username in the account and you'll be able to review them in the same manner.

    Hi.  How can I remove a user?  I see the option, but it's not highlighted for me to choose?  Also, if I have users who have moved locations and have a different e-mail address, how can I change this?  Thank you.  I'd appreciate your help!

    Hi Nicole!

    Happy to help answer your question. Are you saying that this option is not available to you from the Org Admin screen?

    Assuming you are clicking the checkbox next to the person's name, I would expect that option to be available, although there may be variations in why you would not be allowed to.

    Regarding changing the email address, you can certainly edit this by click on the user from the Org Admin screen and from their member details, edit that field. Does that make sense?
