Wanted to share this quick hack with my favorite peeps here in the Community.

In next gen Presentations,  you can quickly insert multiple "sticky" elbow connectors by right-clicking on the connector from the Shape menu. Once this is selected, your choice will now "stick" and an elbow connector will be added to any shape you click on, and you can keep adding the elbow connectors without having to go to the Shape menu. 

Note: when you are ready to de-select, i.e. make it "un-sticky", simply hit the Esc key.
