    Hi Arlean Lee,

Sorry for the delay in getting to this. I wanted to do some checking on our end to provide you some input. I do have a little bit of info to share and as you might expect with things being related to the SEC and filing, it can get a little wordy. I'll try to make it as succinct as possible. Here goes.

Redacting information from an exhibit requires a Confidential Treatment Request, (CTR) although the has SEC loosened that up recently: https://www.sec.gov/corpfin/announcement/new-rules-and-procedures-exhibits-containing-immaterial. In addition, CTR is described very well in this doc: https://media2.mofo.com/documents/faq-confidential-treatment-requests.pdf

TL;DR - redacting information in your exhibit requires filing via paper and snail mail, then excluding those exhibit(s) (or possibly portions of them) in the electronically filed version.

Hope this helps. As always, we'd recommend verifying with your own internal counsel as well. Give me a holler if you have any questions in the meantime, or need anything else. Thanks and have an excellent weekend!
