New platform - user setup of review only access

How under the new platform do you add member special permissions to a "Starter" such as only can open reviews sent to them?  We see it for the people that were migrated over, but cannot seem to figure out how to add it to new users.

    Hi Kim,

     
    The Limited Starter role is a workspace role that provides very restricted access — by design, it limits users to only:
    • Open/review documents sent to them via Send for Review
    • View binders
    • Sign and approve certifications
    They cannot:
    • View the Files tab or browse workspace files
    • View workspace details/memberships
    • View supporting documents/attachments (Viewer role needed for that)
    • Respond to data collections or be sent tasks tied to documents

    To assign the Limited Starter role, a Workspace Owner or Org Workspace Admin must do the following:
     
    1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
    2. Go to the Members section
    3. Find the user and click their name/role
    4. Change their role to Limited Starter
    5. Save the changes
     
    Important: Only assign one of Editor, Viewer, or Limited Starter per user in a workspace. Mixing these can cause conflicts. The most restrictive role takes precedence.
     
    SSO Exception Note
    If the org uses SSO, Limited Starter users still need to be on the SSO exception list to access reviews sent to them.
