Hi there Matthew Simmons Cathryn Stovall Jenn Manship and @...!

I have somewhat good news for you. As Katie promised, a recent release to the Workiva platform has now made multi-doc PDF available for next gen Documents. You can combine them by putting them in a Folder and then through right-click, you get the option to Create PDF.

From there, there are a few options you can check to include or exclude, plus a listing of what files are to be exported.

Note: currently this phase of release will only export Documents, but there are plans to include other types in the future.

Let us know what questions you have. Thanks as always for your feedback and patience. It's much appreciated. Happy PDF'ing!

    Hi Matthew Simmons!

The ability to save all files in a next gen filing package to PDF is not yet available, thought it is something our Product Team is looking into adding. I went ahead and dropped this post into the Feedback & Suggestions topic and have reached out to our Product Team to share your interest and get some more info. We'll be in touch with any new developments. In the meantime, give us a holler with any additional questions or suggestions. Thanks, and have an awesome day!

Mike, how is the Product Team coming along on this project?  It is a royal pain to save each Next Gen document separately as PDF.

Cathryn Stovall Our team is currently working on the ability to create a combined PDF of Wdesk Documents from a Folder. This will be available by May 2020. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
