I want to link the number is 1,235 to the document to show as 1,000 or if the number is 1,560 to show as 2,000. Can this be done?

Hi, You can use Excel formula MROUND to round the amounts like that.  For example,  =MROUND(1235,1000) would return the value of $1235 to nearest thousand which would be $1,000. The first variable in the formula could be a cell reference to the cell containing the value $1235.  The MROUND formula will also work for the $1560 as it will round to nearest thousand which would be $2,000.  You can link the formula results to your document with the normal linking procedure.
