    Hi Ankur,

Thanks for the question. I'm happy to help as best I can.

First, there are some great resources available here on our Help site surrounding these pesky cover page tags: https://success.workiva.com/help/xbrl-for-sec/ixbrl/tagging-cover-page.

For your specific questions, here's how the example template shows to tag the two transformation tags in question:

The specific data for how you should enter the values to have them tagged correctly is outlined in Sec. 5.2.5.12 of the Vol. 2 of the EFM: https://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/specifications/edgarfm-vol2-v51.pdf.

For the State of Incorporation tag, you'll want to have the value in your cell input as the full name, like "Iowa". This will then transform when generated in iXBRL to the value "IA". Here's a snag from the EFM's example:

A list of all state and country codes for EDGAR are available here: https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/edgarstatecodes.htm

For the Exchange Name tag, which is also a transformation tag, you'll want to format it in a similar way, withe the full name of the exchange, so "New York Stock Exchange" for example. Here's a similar snip from the EFM's listing:

As far as the date is concerned when tagging them on an 8-K cover page, for 8-K filings  use the 1 day duration XBRL date as the date of the report for all cover page and DEI elements, not the QTD or YTD date.

Hopefully this helps some. Do let me know if you have any questions on the above or need anything else. Thanks as always and have a great day. Happy tagging in the meantime. :)
