Oof, apologies for the epic delay in updating you all here. You're probably aware by now, but Replace is available for Spreadsheets (as well as Docs and Presentation).

I'll also add that "Replace All" is not yet available, though it is being worked on. If you're interested in that functionality, let me know and I'll be sure to get you connected.

Thanks as always for your patience and feedback. Give me a holler if you need anything else. Cheers!

    Hi Kelly,

Currently in Spreadsheets there is only a Find option. This is found under the View tab, on the far right of the toolbar. Note that you can also toggle to show formulas and find within formulas too.

However, as you see, the Replace feature is not yet there but it is something our Product Team is working on. I've pass along your interest in this feature and will keep you updated going forward. In the meantime, let me know what questions you have. Cheers!

    Hi Xin!

At this time the replace feature is not yet there for next gen, but it does remain on the radar. I've connected this request with our Product Team and you can follow along with the progress here. Thanks for your feedback, and let me know what questions you have for me in the meantime. Cheers and happy Friday!

    Hi Mike, all

Any updates on "Replace All"? I am trawling through thousands of changes required, seriously limiting functionality (not to mention patience! :) )

    Cheers,

    Mitch

    Hi Mitch,

Thanks for the reminder on this one. Sadly, I don't have a good update to give in this case. Due to the difficulty of this request, and competing priorities, "Replace All" is not planned to be worked on currently. As things progress and more requests come in here on the Community, that could be subject to change in the future roadmap.

I'm definitely pulling for ya'll here. Please add your interest and comments below (or on this post) and I'll get them all logged and shared with our Product Team. Thanks so much for your patience and let me know what questions you have in the meantime.

I agree this is a seriously limiting functionality. It would make all our lives so much easier, so much time is wasted doing this manually.

I need to replace over 88K instances and there is no way I can do this manually one by one.  When do you expect the Replace All functionality to be available?

    Hi Linda!

Woof, that doesn't sound appetizing. Sadly I don't have a timeline for you just yet, though this remains highly popular. I'm hopeful we can get some time allotted in the coming months to get this worked on. We'll keep you apprised on these updates and hopefully we can save you some extra clicks.
