How do I insert an image into Workiva spreadsheets?

I know it's possible in Documents, but have not been able to do it in Spreadsheets.

Great news, a recent release to Wdesk made this available. To insert an image into the cell of a Spreadsheet, click inside the cell first and then from the Insert menu, the option for Images should be available. Note that this is also available in tables with next generation Documents.
Regarding PDFs, the ability to attach a file to a Spreadsheet is currently in beta testing by our Product Team. If you would be interested in trying them out, let me know and I'll be sure to connect you to the team.

Hello, I was wondering if the ability to insert images in spreadsheets is still available. When I go to Edit, then Insert, the only options available are for adding/shifting rows/columns. Thanks! 0

Yep, this is still available for sure. I double checked and it's kinda tricky, actually. You have to first double-click inside a cell and then the Insert menu will have the option for Image.
