SOX - Format Matrix from File

When selecting Import - Matrix from File in the SOX testing environment, how do you format the cells? I can click on Edit, however all the options are grayed out and the cells are locked, but I can't unlock them.  Dates and dollar amounts do not come in as the same format from what is shown on my excel file.

    Thanks for the question. You cannot edit the cells when you insert matrix from a file. That being said, though I haven’t seen with dollar signs specifically, I have seen other formatting not show up when inserting a matrix from a file but after importing, the formatting did show up correctly on the test form. Was this the case for you, i.e. the formatting did show up correctly on the test form despite the format looking off from the import view?

    Let me know either way and I'll be happy to dig further. It may also be worthwhile to have your CSM test that same file in an internal environment, should the formatting not come in correctly. Holler if you do have any questions for me or need anything else. Thanks again and have a super day!
