    Hi Jolanta!

Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you are describing, that definitely is very odd. You seemed to have followed all the correct checks. Is this still happening for you?
Let me know and I'll keep digging on my end.

    Talk to you soon. Cheers!

Thank you for replying Mike. Now I have a different issue. It seems that after I restarted my computer and Workiva now Workiva "knows" I am the document owner and the message has disappeared, however I am still unable to turn off track changes. Now when I hit the button the "Apply" button is greyed out. I approved all the changes in the document and shared everything and it is still greyed out.

To confirm, when you click "No" to the first question, the Apply button still remains grey? Or does it become enabled? I tested on my end and it worked as expected, so wanted to check that your steps are the same.

When I select No, it is not greyed out anymore.
