Using Workflows for Audit PBC's?
Is anyone using "Workflows" for Audit PBC's? If so, any feedback you can share? I'm looking for a way to gather the necessary PBC its for out audits outside of the usual sharepoint or constant mass emails.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Peter!
I believe you are referring to a newly released icon in Wdesk Home, called Workflow. If so, good eyes, Peter!
Currently, this new icon contains only Tasks, which is the same information found under the existing Tasks icon. As Workflow is enhanced, we plan to remove the Tasks icon from Wdesk Home, which will result in all tasking only being located under Workflow. In addition, new items will be added to the Workflow option, which will allow quick access to your comments, tasks and document approvals. There are plans to further showcase these features at TEC, should you be attending.
Regarding your second item about Audit PBCs, you certainly could send out an attachment request to your auditors by tasking them in Wdesk, but they would need a Wdesk license to do so. Furthermore, on the Help site there is info on the PBC Workflow, but this is actually a different feature from Workflow (mentioned above) and relates to our new SOX database. Should you be interested in learning more about the SOX database, reach out to your CSM for further information.
In the meantime, let me know if you have any additional questions for me. Thanks as always for your questions and have a great rest of your day!0We actually send Audit PBCs using the comments in the workbooks (refer to Projects) so that the evidence goes right into the workstep associated with the evidence. 0
