Duplicate RCM showing on RCM Report
AnsweredI'm seeing a duplicate RCM on the RCM report. One is showing the correct info and one showing what looks like a prior info.
The only difference is the frequency. Correct frequency is Ad hoc but why are we also seeing a duplicate showing a frequency of monthly?
How can we ensure that the RCM listing is only showing current & latest updates to the RCM's?

Hi Julie, Did you decommission the old control with the previous frequency? If yes, then initially it will be presented in the RCM "Report" experience. The way to filter out is to select the decommission date in the report builder as a column and check box the N/A in the column drop down. If you do not want the column to appear in the RCM report, you can always hide it.
0Potentially your Frequency field isn't setup as a single select dropdown field, but instead a multiselect and both Ad hoc and Monthly were selected. If your report isn't setup to collapse on the Frequency field, that would cause this to occur in the report.
