Hi Martin,
Thanks for the question. Happy to help here.
To check,
When creating the Review, did you check the box explicitly to prevent comments from flowing to the live version? Here's an article on this process, but also a screenshot.By checking this box, an comments made in the review DO NOT flow through to the Live File. Was this the case for you and you are still seeing them? Let me know if I've missed the mark entirely or you have any follow-ups for me. Cheers!0Hi Mike,
Thank you for your response. I am afraid that we checked the box and that that is the reason that we don't see the comments of the review file in de live version. Actually, we would like to see the comments from the review file in the live version. Is there a way to fix this?
0Ah, okay. So you are looking to see if you could possibly "move" those comments you have now in the review into the live version of the file, correct?
0Yes, correct. We like to see those comments also in the live version
0I checked with our experts and sadly it cannot be unchecked. The only fix would be to delete that review and create a new one. To "save" the comments, prior to deleting it you could apply the comments in the live file so they matched with what was shared in the review.
0If we want to apply the comments in the live file. How do we do that? Do we have to do this by copy one by one from the review file to the live file? Or is there another way?
0You are correct, you'd need to copy them one by one. In testing, I see that you can copy a link to the comment in a Review so you could create a comment with a link to the comment in the Review, but that might be duplicative since you could also just past the contents of the comment so folks do not have to go to the review too. Does that make sense?
Unfortunately you cannot copy and paste comments today though its something we are looking into. Let me know if you have any follow-ups for me here or need any further guidance.
